“Fantastic service! Replied immediately to understand the issues, asked for photos and videos to help assess the situation. Usman visited and diagnosed the fault. Within 48 hours of diagnosing Usman revisited and installed a brand new Megaflo hot water cylinder. I’m really pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend. Thank you!”

“Happy landlord and tenants! I messaged Usman in the early hours of a Saturday morning. He responded quickly and slotted my tenants in on Monday morning. He found the fault and replaced the part within the hour. He was very efficient, punctual with his timings and was fair in price. I will certainly use his services again.”

“Used Usman on several occasions. Initially for boiler replacement where he installed a valiant boiler. Since then have used him for yearly boiler inspections and other smaller boiler issues.”

“I recently had the pleasure of taking plumbing service from Usman to change my kitchen tap, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service! From the moment he arrived, he was punctual, professional, and extremely polite. His attention to detail was spot-on, and he made sure everything was done perfectly. Not only did he complete the job efficiently, but he also took the time to explain everything to me, which I really appreciated. On top of all that, his pricing was very reasonable for the high-quality work he provided. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services, you won’t be disappointed!”
