Good to know
I can smell gas. What should I do?
Call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 straight away. It's free and open 24 hours. Open windows, don't use switches or naked flames, and turn off the gas at the meter if you can. Once it's safe, Usman can repair the appliance.
When can I get hold of you?
Google lists Ua Gas Service as open 24 hours. Message or call 07824 698268. Reviewers mention replies within minutes, including one sent in the early hours of a Saturday.
Why do you ask for photos or a video?
A photo of the boiler display, the pressure gauge or the leak, or a short video of the noise, often shows what the fault is. Usman can then bring the right part and fix it in one visit.
How do I get a quote for a new boiler?
Send photos of your current boiler, the label underneath it and where it sits, plus your postcode. Reviewers mention clear, fair pricing.
Do you work for landlords?
Yes. One reviewer, a landlord, messaged early on a Saturday and had their tenants booked in for Monday morning. The fault was found and the part replaced within the hour.
Which areas do you cover?
Reading and around it, including Whitley, Lower Earley, Shinfield, Spencers Wood and Earley.
Cold house? Send Usman a photo.
Message or call any time. A photo of the boiler display, the pressure gauge or the leak is often enough to know what's wrong.
